Resources

Healing doesn’t only happen in the therapy room.

This space is a collection of resources to support you in understanding yourself, tending to your nervous system, and navigating the seasons of life with a little more awareness and self-compassion.

Here you’ll find gentle practices, reflections, tools and information exploring things like burnout, nervous system regulation, neurodivergence, boundaries, relationships and reconnecting with yourself.

Take what feels useful, leave what doesn’t, and move at your own pace. These resources are here to support your journey — wherever you might be within it.

  • The Secret Map of You

The Secret Map of You is a playful, neuro-affirming guide that helps children begin to understand their nervous system through the language of the Mountain, River, Sky and Hearth. Through illustrations, simple explanations and little experiments, children learn to notice their body, feelings, energy, thoughts and environment — and discover the things that help them feel connected, grounded and more like themselves.

Rather than teaching children that there is a “right” way to feel, this resource invites them to become curious nervous system detectives, learning to read the unique map that is already inside them.

  • What are you carrying? A guide to energy Hygiene

What Are You Carrying explores energy hygiene through a grounded, science-informed lens. It looks at how our bodies, relationships, environments and experiences can influence what we feel and carry, bridging the language of “energy” with physiology, psychology and embodied experience. Alongside the science, you’ll find practical tools, traditional practices and rituals to help you notice, discern, tend and return to yourself.

  • Quick Energy Check in Guide

A simple one-page check-in to help you pause, notice what you’re carrying, explore what may be influencing you, and choose what you need. Use it anytime you’re feeling heavy, scattered, overwhelmed or simply want to reconnect with yourself.
